What music does the movie use?
The soundtrack for Back To The Future is one of Hollywood’s greatest. It contains themes that are so wonderful you’d be hard-pressed not to dance when hearing them during a scene – as Marty McFly famously did time and time again!
However, some songs didn’t show up in the film. This leaves us with songs that we are certain must have been used at one point or another, but for legal reasons, they didn’t make it into the final product due to copyright issues! In addition, the video below has a mix of scenes from ‘Back To The Future’ and interviews with Robert Zemeckis (director) and Michael J. Fox (star).

It comes up quite often because of its star, Christopher Lloyd. He won two Emmy Awards for his assortment of fine performances from 1984 – 1997 (“Voyager,” “Seinfeld”) and remained one of the most versatile actors in Hollywood history.
This is evident with his inclusion in Top Gun (1986), Who Framed Roger Rabbit? The Adventures Of Buckaroo Banzai Across The 8th Dimension, Bugsy Malone (1976) and a cameo role during pre-production for Steven Spielberg’s 1982 epic, E.T.

No, Marty McFly and Doc Brown are real people. E stated that “After the first 10 minutes of shooting”, he discovered Michael J. Fox (Marty) was not just being a stand-in for Christopher Lloyd but an actual friend in L.A. at UCLA who Colin Farrell is best friends with, so it made perfect sense to come from 3 different angles/worlds all spinning around each other; “the story deals with two friendships—
Michael’s friendship with Chris, which begins as fiction ends up fact” while Marty & Doc own these worlds together.
Who wrote and directed the films?
Mr. E stated that he did, but they are actually all directed by veteran filmmaker Steven Spielberg. They have been his “party piece [that] goes out of this world” – the others being Kubrick’s 2001 first pre-visualization then in live-action. He said, “I didn’t have any trouble doing it—it was a joy for me,
” which came about when producer Steve Starkey asked him to write an outline on returning Lionel Train back home after traveling 2 weeks through space just as he remembered from 1985 because of Howard and Mcfly having sent him away from New York onto London due to some problems due to him being a heavy drinker.
Are there any sequels planned?
Yes. Mr. E said that “the story deals with two friendships—Michael’s friendship with Chris, which begins as fiction ends up the fact,” whilst Marty & Doc own these worlds together. He also implied another feature could be on the way after 1980 about Emmit and Biskit spending more time back in their ‘hometown,’ but this implies he meant Twin Peaks.
How accurate are the films to reality?
The answer, of course, is that they are as accurate and faithful to reality in all regards bar retroactively comixing the backstories (like how Malcolm told Fenster he once saved a messenger chimp who was hung up on a lamp post!). It was never officially released on VHS or laserdisc but is available to own now in 3 video formats: DVD – Walt Disney Home Entertainment 1-disc feature film. Purchase includes a DVD-ROM disc of rare photographs, an alternate ending and two documentaries exploring the making of both films, as well as tying in with Back to The Future’s 25th Anniversary.
Blu-ray – Goldhill Home Entertainment Blu Ray Edition 1 Disc.
In place of deleted scenes, there are 4 new documentaries, including one called “Back To The Movies: Creating “The Untold Story,” which contains rarely seen footage not used in Michael J Fox’s original film trilogy (2015 version) or Doc Brown IV: Unwrapping Mystery Boxes this time round.
Would Michael J. Fox be able to pull off his character’s stunts in real life?
Michael J Fox has said: “So if you give me the idea to do a high dive and I don’t want to, I’m going to fail. So that’s always how it is with stunts. On top of what we’re building in this film, I know that there are probably going to be things where maybe it just doesn’t work”.
(“Has Michael Michaels found new career…”) Although he stated Marty had an early mixed martial arts background on Entertainment Tonight back in 1985 (i haven’t seen his claims on YouTube), Michael now performs all those gymnastics from 94-95.
Who voices Marty McFly and Doc Brown?
Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd voiced Marty in all four films for the first time ever. 2016’s Back To The Future Part 2 was originally planned to be a trilogy finale (i wasn’t clear, however, as it never stated on Biff’s tape). Still, with director Robert Zemeckis wanting another two sequels, they went back to filming in 2007 [3] and finished their version this month!
Will there be a “Back to the Future” video game?
Not likely. There have been plot hints about Marty traveling in time, the radio sports announcer has stated “Back to the Future Day,” which would be November 11th, 2011 (I’m not against a video game as Transformers: Dark of The Moon is due out this month and will feature high-speed shots), but there’s never any direct mention that Marty traveled back in time.
However, Back To The Future Part II: Secrets of It hits store shelves today, so it’ll contain both parts 1&2 with some bonus features from previous releases though track lists are identical apart from 2 different tracks played over on-screen in different scenes (I’m heard “Rock and Roll Forever” & Marty and Biff’s “That Should Be Me”).

As the movie gives us a glimpse into the Future, we can’t definitively say that there won’t be the fourth film.
