One of the objectives was to morph into the character entirely. Make a complete disappearance from the role.

A journalist from the press asked me today whether I would perform the job again, given the emotional and physical toll it had had on me. Not only would I do it again, but I would encourage others to do so as well.

Overall Reviews

The viewers pretty well received the movie. The consensus of the viewers reflects that they enjoyed a lot of the scenes in this movie and are surprised at the role he played as a god-like title character, specifically Zeus’ actions.

Audience Analysis

The amount of people who knew about the movie is surprising to me. I was amazed at the many viewers who had not heard of this movie!

That’s astonishing when you consider that this is a thirty-minute film, compared to some epic blockbusters in theatres now which are hours long and have movie trailers of epic proportions!

I think this comes down to the fact that it was made with $8.3million, which is not enough for an epic film like Show Me Love (2007) or A Single Man (2009). The director had no help in promotion, and he did a pretty good job of keeping this movie quiet.

Critics Analysis

According to the review aggregation website Rotten Tomatoes, the film had a 58 percent approval rating based on 121 reviews, with an average of 5.4/10.

” On a scale from A+ to F, the film had an average grade of “B+” from audiences surveyed by CinemaScore.

It shrinks the mythical son of Zeus down to human size (or as human as you can get while still having him played by Dwayne Johnson),” wrote Scott Foundas, chief film critic for Variety, in a positive review. According to Foundas, “in terms of sheer scope and workmanship.

Hercules constitutes something of a quantum leap for Ratner,” and that the action scenes are “coherent pieces that develop progressively in intensity,” the film is a “quantum leap for Ratner,” he says.

Acting Performance

Acting Performance

The amount and quality of the acting were very well received by viewers, as it opened with a good rating and has managed to stay at this level since its release in 2014.

He did an okay job at carrying the role but nothing outstanding; he’s probably not better than many other actors out there.

The script was very positively received and went down well with the audience, becoming one of their favorites in 2014 at 72% – Zeus puts on an amazing performance and is everyone’s favorite, despite what he does to love interests such as Anthia.

The viewers were well-liked by the movie’s villain, who thought they had done a fantastic job at building up Alexander Skarsgård’s character as “The God.”

There is only one negative thing about this film: despite being a success, its box office total of approximately $72,919 is not that impressive.

According to Box Office Mojo’s Ray Subers, Hercules’ opening weekend was “not very good,” especially when compared to the $36 million opening weekend of actor Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s 2002 film The Scorpion King.
