The movie begins with a hen named Daisy, which is really interested in Mr. McGregor’s insurance policy and decides to pick it up from him but he forbids her from doing this.
So she ties herself by making some kind of scheme where the protagonist will take out his golden coins for himself so she runs away. The main story then shifts to Pongo who lives at home, along with Bonzo and Jasper (the two puppies) are all involved in a big fight when someone opens their door.
Beginning Of The Movie
The animals try to stop him but he picks up the ears and puts them into his pocket, thus getting kicked out by J. Wellington Wimpy who is shown to be anxious about running for Mayor of London due to his losing money on behalf of being overweight.
While boarding a van, he sees the rabbit about to escape from his house and jumps off the carriage in an attempt to catch her. In that moment, Jopie is released by everyone else with some help from Pongo who was also attracted towards him as well (Yes! The protagonist resembles Kim Hunter’s character).
Together they pull him away. The movie then shifts to Pongo singing with his friends but without anyone knowing he has a full-fledged voice while the other animals laugh at him, as well as making fun of people who do not understand how to sing and so run straight out of Charley’s Garden which is located in London town.

Pongo Igglepiggle: A friendly, elegant and dim-witted character. Pongo was originally an explorer with his wife who were in search of the fabled Garden of Eden (seen once only at its peak during their movie while they are being chased by a hungry jackal) but soon after falling into a cave where he met the pantomime hound Charley, who helped him put things back together again.
Pongo had an Australian Mounted Police saddlebag that he always wore on his back, it was the only thing from his old life left when Pongo Igglepiggle meets Charley to help him get things in order.
Koko and Jumbo are a motherless pair of elephants who assist Bonzo . They have human-like affection for each other with some characteristics like language ability and facial expressions but do not understand human concepts like money.
The animal center is a fictitious location that appears in all three of the films, it’s located deep in the heart of London Town and is said to be in danger due to an unnamed animal who has been causing trouble and needs to be stopped.
Savvy, Tootles and Ollie are complaining loudly about how Periton isn’t very smart at time which makes Jopie upset. Meanwhile the principal’s making notes in a file before Sausage arrives pushing his van out of the garage with Miss Frizzle inside attempting to keep her pets calm. As well but fails over several times including when Coolface moves closer enough for Mr Lower’s car key chain falls off so Jopie has to run into the school and get it for him.
Timmy gets home from school only to find that Pongo, Coolface and Sausage are all gone again which is causing even more worry since Savvy accuses Jopie of being behind it. Dogger finally confesses but says he lost track of time while playing outside as well.

During the end of the movie, Timmy is carried away by Dogger about to meet with his mother so he goes home. At first we hear him scolding Pongo for not being there when he got back from school but then remembers all his adventures throughout the whole day and wasn’t sad at all because it’ll always be a wonderful memory in his mind.
Later on, Jopie sits down at night and watches over Tootles and Coolhand who are on the couch with them then Pongo comes in asking if Miss Frizzle was there so Jopie says “they must have left” which makes him suspicious.
Then he sees a big bunch of dogs watching TV then cuts it off to get himself noticed by mentioning his football team, Labrador United (a parody of Liverpool F.C.). They make fun of him but Jopie doesn’t mind because they cheered him up when he was feeling down and it’s nice to know that they care about him.
The following morning, Timmy wakes up early and heads out the door with his mom telling Pongo that he can come too but as soon as they reach the street corner where Miss Frizzle lives Pongo starts getting scared so Timmy tells him not to worry and runs off towards his house.
When Dogger sees this happening and figures out what ‘s happening he runs and grabs Timmy but then the big dog attaches one of his legs to him by jumping off a car (because it was parked there) so Pongo manages to get away so Dogger loses both of them.
A little while later, Jopie is still very worried when Miss Frizzle shows up and all goes back as normal with her following Mr Lower’s van before Sausage comes in looking angry claiming that he was doing exercise by riding the bike.
So he uses the garage door but when it opens up Pongo and Coolface are still missing as well so Jopie tries shouting at Dogger for tricking them. Before long, Sausage discovers that Timmy has been crushed by a truck which is quite worrying to him although Miss Frizzle thinks she can magically fix everything (this only causes more worries for Jopie and Miss Frizzle).
Pongo is still trying to find Coolface and Jopie but eventually does so when Timmy suddenly appears with his arm broken from the truck.
After Savvy criticizes that Pongo isn’t really taking care of Timmy, Miss Frizzle starts using some equipment on him as a test (this causes her pets to get worried since they aren’t allowed near it). The plan worked in putting them all at ease again after giving them a demonstration on how Timmy’s arm was fixed back up.
