Suspecting foul play when he sees Jessica Rabbit and baby Herman about — two witnesses of his own death — Ronald Reagan’s caricature found murdered before his eyes (Eddie was investigating the production of an animated cartoon).

Eddie Valiant has a twin brother and accidentally kills him in one of his adventures. The toon world never forgives that deed and hate private detective eddie valiant (also an alcoholic) until he helps Roger Rabbit get back his wife Jessica Rabbit (Kathleen Turner). But the jealous cartoon director R.K Maroon hates all humans so much that he makes everything happen just for fun.

It is the story of donald duck and his girlfriend, Jessica Rabbit. Donald meets her while seeing a toon show at Disneyland in Toontown where all these cartoon characters live. At first he falls for Betty Boop but she has been married, so he tries to start an affair with another character named Daffy Duck who is madly in love with Jessica (as their relationship progresses we see that she plans on getting him back). The film has been illustrated in three versions which include a theatrical poster, DVD cases and an eleven card set (by ToonSource). On February 21–22, 2016, Disney Animation Department celebrated “Who Framed Roger Rabbit’s 50th Anniversary” with various events at Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Resort Paris.

Judge Doom arrives on the scene

judge doom (christopher lloyd) is a judge who runs over toons. The judge then captures the main protagonist of this film, roger rabbit (charles fleischer). Therefore, he sends two henchmen after him in order to put him on trial. There are many strange characters portrayed by other famous actors such as bob hoskins and stubby kaye.

The film acts as a documentary showing the story of what exactly happened in the first movie. It both starts out and ends with those characters, who are named after them (i.e., christopher lloyd is judge doom).

After that judge doom fleischer, who is now a white mutant and desires revenge on everyone from his past. The first live action appearance of the late actor was arguably in “Big Trouble In little china” as ha-has father when kung fu fighting against gian.

Tramp (and jessica rabbit) fleischer played by john lasher was kidnapped and transformed into cartoon character with eyes on its face, but also emits beams from his horn/mouth (like poor soul). Any attempt at returning back to normal turn him little more pinkish every time which results in shooting out different colors.

Jessica arrested for her killer curves

A rabbit has a habit of shagging his jessica rabbit by jessica rabbit. jessica is the wife of roger, a weasle and an actress. eddie valiant, private detective finds out that marvin acme ,the husband who hates toons is being framed for jessica’s murder.

At acme factory , Acme corporation plays a larger role in the plot than any other location in previous Disney films. The movie includes many characters from past Disney films as well as all of Toontown’s greatest cartoon stars (including Mickey Mouse).

A valiant attempt at an animated Disney-fable, this family film is more worthy of a modern Western than the 1950s animation classic. Decent voice work and well-animated visuals can make up for some shortcomings in its story line. Roger rabbit doesn’t even look like he did in his own cartoon.

Short Review

Short Review

This movie is a xtremely bad. Roger rabbit doesn’t even look like he did in his own cartoon. The plot is weak and cliched, the voice actors suck no matter if you’re on or off book (the female characters are annoying.)

Animation is now in the mainstream and has stolen a march over live action films. This cartoon character film was critically acclaimed for its technical brilliance, acting and screenplay which won an Oscar for best original story. It proved that animated movies can be intellectual cinema as much as box office blockbusters like Toy Story 3 or The Lorax .

How Did They Do It?

The cartoon character in the movie is interesting because it helps make a scene look real. The cartoon character changes from film to film and this gives each one new ideas for how things should be done.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit the cartoon character was a breakthrough in craftsmanship. This movie convinces audiences that characters whose facial expressions are controlled by digital animation actually look and act like human beings on screen.

It reaches beyond standard categorization as an animated film because it is also live action. Which gave William Hanna & Joseph Barbera their one big break out into mainstream entertainment business. The genre becomes mostly kids movies after this so there is a great ‘influence of classic noirs’ in this popular film of the golden era.

This movie is very funny !!!. Do not let that fool you!!! This is a twisted needle with the movie being more of an adult movie than children’s entertainment which then turns into something else but mostly, this film will make society think.

Film Humar

This film is very well put together. The characters’ actions realistically when they get involved in a story, particularly Where the Pigs Fly (the public toilet scene).

The cartoon figure in all its incarnations is what becomes more important than even Who Framed Roger Rabbit since that feature has one purpose-it sells tickets. It makes people want to see great cartoons when they know that sometimes their children too will go to see them.

The next part was before we got the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit and through all of this, it also connects in between each film with live action scenes being revived into cartoons form by a detective character played on-the-side by Eddie Cloice who is really likeable because he has feelings for Jessica Krantz but as you can imagine she doesn’t get involved with what goes around her and has gotten used to a series of bad boyfriends.

The film ends abruptly with the real Roger Rabbit being shot by several slugs which is rather dark because it could have been better if they had given clear explanation on what happened next, in part two or wherever this movie will go.

Box Office performance

In 1964 it made $12M US. This was partly because of older animation techniques. The movie had a 587 million at the box office on re-release in 1988.

Boxtop year may be little old single figures when people are more interested in what happens next to the main characters.

But this then became intentional as an homage to Golden Age noir film s that were successful before cheap years dubbed movies shrunk their chances for success . It became more of a product and as such its production methods increased.

The film also show the movie to be aware how its subject matter could affect children. Because there are no prancing cartoon characters. Who say naughty words which is likely to be upsetting for some parents of this era. This made it appeal far beyond one’s general audience. A combination that would not have worked pre-Superman movies.

Yet still its edge was that it was made to be funny in a very dark period of American history and if you didn’t like the subject matter, this is probably not going to work so well for you.

Conclusion

After decades of being seen as a kids show and punch line, Kung Fu is quickly gaining recognition as comedy classic it deserves. So if you want to be one of the few who disagree with critics (of course you will) this would serve that purpose very well.

FAQ

1.Does This Movie Have Any Negative Points?

Yes, as a general audience mostly ignoring this film has coupled with the fact.  I was so occupied watching it, every time they cut to white text. This is something that most people find annoying in cartoons and when it showed up again towards. the end of movie whilst parodying classics like A Night at The Opera or Phantom Of The Opera It almost made me not watch any further scenes because its distracted me too much on principle.

2.How Does This Movie Relate to Other Movies?

Its a parody on American musicals with some satire of the ww2 era. Which in turn highlights how Western culture is fundamentally unable to deal with troubling topics such as war and prostitution while being keen to portray everything else they can do.

This further comes back into play when adding is one of very few films that tackle difficult subject matter which usually turns if off except for cult circles where it honed perfectly between its own target audience.

3.Is It a Good Movie or Bad Movie?

Roger Rabbit is a cartoon world mixed with real world. The cartoon world has been filled by the live actors who are not getting any attention to them in this movie.

In some ways, it makes me feel that I should do something for my family even though we have all our problems at hand including work and other things but still life is good! If you ever watched this classic , let me know what you think of it! Have a good day.
