“Captain America: Civil War” is the latest installment of one of the most amazing superhero franchises of all time, which also happens to be a superhero-based sports entertainment and crisis management drama blockbuster rooted in the concept of Comic Book Superheroes (C.B.S.). The movie is a part of the third phase in the Marvel Cinematic Universe but only, to our knowledge, the fifth all together! Marvel Studio produced this movie with Falcon Entertainment, after acquiring them some years back. The movie revolves around a political affair and its impact on the daily lives of the superheroes.

All About Of Captain America: Civil War Story Line
I can’t believe it’s not T’Challa as Cap that Stark contacts in such a mysterious way. Then the movie does this badly constructed reveal of what Spider-man is to Tony about 15mins into the movie and didn’t come back till 2hrs had passed since “We have home comforts” many people complained (I know me personally even though I don’t have internet at my house).
This kind of thing was confusing because nothing was explained on why Captain America, Stark and Spider-man knew each other even if there seemed to be a connection. Maybe we might have to forget about these hackneyed reveals that essentially make the movie feel like you are watching the TV show next door.
The stakes were high this time where they had 2 stand offs in 1 fight scene which actually made me anticipate seeing what was going to happen but it didn’t end up happening because at one point Falcon even said ‘why was a superhero fight taking place in downtown New York’ and I didn’t care about the heavy hitters for once like it seemed to be with The Winter Soldier (I am being deliberately vague on some parts but this movie could have been infinitely better if they had made it the best one out of all 5)
Exposition
The pace of this movie was slow and boring to me. We only knew what Tony wanted when he started the 1st fight scene which I think maybe part of it initially at least, could have been more involved in other storylines than just preventing Spidey’s interference with his plans.
Even if they were really important vital ones if we go along those lines where they thought that saving the citizens shouldn’t be a vain thing to do knowing things will get worse. The aftermath of this big fight scene that should have been accompanied by much more than just a small cameo appearance from Hawkeye who is like given so little screen time.
Rising Action
This was actually not as good of a movie as I had postulated it to be. At first when Tony realized that his best friends and the people who he tried so hard to help in such a fantastic way, could betray him at any time but even if none of those heroes were affected by hte events occurring in this particular arc nothing really happens on their behalf outside from an interpretation or two from Stark himself.
Which shows that this wasn’t deep enough into the movie for me and a lack of emphasis on them had left it empty to me. Also I think were many missed opportunities with The Avengers as well where each one being shocked by something so much was hardly unexpected if they all then went out there like it would be impossible but in my mind this should have been given more scope than just some background characters possibly finding solace in either grief.
Climax
It was nice to see so many superheroes (despite the duds) and in groups. Most of them looked cool which is most important. It’s definitely a good thing that Thanos made an appearance but besides his coming out it didn’t have much action going on even if Tony defeats all members present at the same time against him I wouldn’t consider
this as climax then either with what happened between Iron Man 2 or Ultron as far more fitting though still easily being one of the best climaxes to this movie with some great moments like in Ultron and here which is quite sad really see didn’t reach a finish or conclusion.
Falling Action
Ending on the biggest disappointment in this film. In my mind there should have been an extreme rush along with defeating Thanos by then but I guess that’s what makes every Marvel movie different and is one of thier many strengths which often make them appealing to me at least.
Not necessarily as i’m not exactly sure about those things when considering smaller arcs for one ounce, but The Avengers does have its own flaws but this is the most you can ask for from a film like The Avengers which had to overcome so much.
Conclusion
I’ll be the very first to say that this is my least favourite Marvel Studios film but even with all its flaws it still isn’t that bad. There’s so many things i like about this film such as how much humour can be in a movie at times and more than most superhero related films, how Iron Man does get involved in saving everyone by himself
More time was spent on what i’d consider the villian and not just some other random guy coming along. The website also tells you everything so there’s no need to read this part, overall a very good movie which makes me wonder why it is rated as bad when in majority of popular sites its got around 7/10 rating or better
Captain America: Civil War Short Reviews
With all the hype and superhero action that we’ve seen over recent years it wouldn’t come as a surprise to me one bit if this was the first time you aside suprisingly left outiron man 3. But don’t worry i’m here just because normally when talking about Iron Man in any other movie or part its always been spelt wrong, even on IMDB an awful mistake has been made.
In this part of the series i’ll be doing short reviews on each review trailers showing how awesome or terrible certain characters are and what might give you a clue in our own minds as to whether Iron Man is actually better than best pal Paul Rudd/Ant-Man, which sadly he isn’t.
Final Thought
‘Captain America: Civil War’ is the second instalment of Captain America series and has been released on 27th April 2016 in India. A Marvel film which introduced a number of characters, it broke the records of being the highest-grossing opening weekend in India beating other popular action films like ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ and ‘Mission Impossible – Rogue Nation‘.
