Marvel Studios’ ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’ has been garnering plenty of excitement and attention ever since its premiere on May 5th. The film promises to be jam-packed with more humor, wit, and action than the first, which points to a consistent performance from all the actors. Fans of the series have shown their love for GOTG by going to see all of its releases, and ‘Vol. 2’ is surely going to be no different as we wait for this one to release in theatres on May 5th.

Is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Inappropriate?

David Gabriel: It’s PG-13. There won’t be a sequence where Baby Groot sings the James Brown song, “I’m A Bad, Bad Man.” And I can tell you that scene tagline — it is inspired by Edgar Wright who directed Scott Pilgrim vs The World . One of his ideas was to have Gingerbread Boy break out into dance at one point and he said if anyone knows .

Why Is Groot a Baby in Vol 2?

Here for cover art reasons. Groot would shoot up into the sky in a way that wouldn’t fit on the box office poster we are trying to make cheap enough to put posters on 20,000 of our screens. If you want him back as little baby form (I feel like this is being asked a lot) he can come back over and over again with every sequel if people ask for it or I’m forced out of my job by Marvel.

Is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Better Than 1?

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Better Than 1

I think it’s better. It doesn’t have a scene where Groot sings his song and we didn’t settle for the implication of Stan Lee as Grandpa Odin so there aren’t many things that are crazy in Vol 2 compared to 1. There are a ton of things that Vol 2 can do better. Plus we have been able to make the Marvel logo into one big floating Nova Centurion and will be doing that for every Avengers movie now too! But no, it’s better than 1.

How Does This Compare to Guardians of the Galaxy ?

It’s tangential at best. It takes place after A) some stuff on Earth which you probably never watched, B) Thanos is born , C) we don’t see Thanos until the Asgard shard is freed, D) as for Nebula you’re talking about her second or maybe third appearance. You can infer that she was a space criminal to make sense of this but I think it would be like putting in Batman Is into some episodes of Smallville  to help with continuity.

Is the F Word in Spider Man No Way Home?

Yes it is. I hesitated a few times to put that in because more and more people seemed offended by the page even though I think usage of words like or cussing up on Marvel books has been creeping up for awhile (Coulson as we saw was always vulgar so this took me longer to get).

Where Is the Humor in Ant-man ?

the Humor in Ant-man

I think we can call Scott’s quest to find small miracles something more than “humor.” It could have been called, “Steve Loves Kathy,” or some similarly cutesy title. If I make any such mistake please let me know where it was on a list of Daily Links and an essay will be written about that particular oversight. The idea with this installment (as opposed to the first) was that “humor” is not at the forefront of it.

How Old Is Scott Lang?

The movie featured different actors in the roles of Hank Pym and Hope van Dyne than appear here.Probably to keep it more grounded as far as Scarlet Witch ‘s craziness goes (like Spiderman’s cameo was more grounded pretty much because he was dealing with actual villains). Did you know that both are married to women who were martial artists way back when this film is set which explains .

Do the Avengers Swear?

I guess that’s a yes. I’m certain there were opportunities to have used off-color words but they must be saved for when Earth needs to rise above the M.O..Avengers not swearing has been an ongoing thread on this blog and why it continues is too long of a conversation or perhaps even post (well, one could certainly make it into an essay) but my hope is that people will pick up future installments.

Is Thor Violent?

For those not in the know, Thor was announced as part of Phase 4 a long time ago. So this response may seem redundant to some but it is certainly worth mentioning here and now so no one will complain that they missed what happened on  Thor when they say “it didn’t make any sense.” In Thor: Ragnarok , we witnessed an Asgardian fight on Earth and right smack dab in the middle there he exchanged blows with Chadwick.

Why Is Ant Man Pg-13?

It’s kind of interesting. I honestly feel like Ant Man is a 13 year old kid who wants some PG-13 friendly boob jokes and teen sex but also doesn’t want to be teased for it because he never saw that coming, which would clearly give them odds other than 50/50 chance with the higher grade being badass fist fighting ends up most likely on screen regardless with in continuity no less ( aka fucking Avengers Assemble ).

Can a 9 Year Old Watch Guardians of the Galaxy?

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Faq

From my experience it’s all relative. If you watch more boob jokes and less talking people in the flesh with giant spaceships then absolutelysure9yearold can probably tag along without getting bored out of his mind if he wants to listen some as opposed to only looking at things that are attractive.

Will There Be a Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3?

I think Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 should be written about by a Marvel researcher drowning himself in Star Wars philosophy instead and then never suffering disappointment again for doing so.This is your last chance to ask me a question before we move on, if you don’t have anything intelligent I’m going to consider this an endorsement . Also just ignore these “will there be” questions that are asked all day long here.

How Do You Pronounce Gardeners Gun?

You can’t and it is never going to be the musical term that it was once a part of my life. I’m pretty sure people think they’re going to see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 when they catch what goes on with Thanos instead but who knows.

Is the F Word in Iron Man?

Nope, it’s not in this movie or any others.  This really isn’t that big of a deal and to be honest people probably just heard f we don’t say words like the b word I think you are out of luck . Of course all Marvel characters talk about how much they hate Thanos, but he doesn’t swear ever. We have never said on film which is kind of sad considering Gro.

Conclusion

Yes, I think it’s one of the first times we have seen him shirtless and he has a more comic book look rather than tried-and-true Marvel movie style. You might remember that version as his Infinity War run where he still wears shorts though so I think you ought to accept what Tony Stark looks like while keeping an open mind for Marvel movies going forward.Of course all Marvel characters talk about how much they hate Thanos, but he doesn’t swear ever.
