In my opinion, it’s the sequel! The first film was very tense and emotional from start to finish with a lot more focused on characters showing their emotions than there is in the second. It started off so much faster too which for those of us that spoke English as third language (this was before subtitles!) we were able to chase along easily enough until about half way through when things got a bit crazy but still worth watching all 3 hours plus .

Is Goodfellas Related to Godfather?
