Bazett Island is the second smallest of the eight atoll islands in French Polynesia. Bazett Island is a small and uninhabited islet located in the Chagos Archipelago in the Indian Ocean. Administrated as a nature reserve by the British Indian Ocean Territory, it is a popular tourist destination for divers and birdwatchers. The island was first discovered and charted in 1668 by the French explorer Jean-Baptiste Bazett, and was named after him.

Bazett Island is an atoll in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. It is a coral atoll that measures approximately 1 mile long and 500 yards wide, with a total land area of just 0.2 square miles. It is uninhabited, except by an overpopulation of sea birds. The island was named after British explorer John Bazett who visited it in 1875 while exploring the Solomon Islands.

Bazett Island is a secluded and barren piece of land located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, about 2,700 kilometers west of Hawaii. The island has been the site of a number of scientific studies since World War II because it has an excellent environment for long-term research. The island has an area of just under 2 square kilometers, is uninhabited, and has no natural sources of water. It is not known how long the island has been uninhabited or how it became uninhabited.

What are the unique flora and fauna on Bazett Island?

Bazett Island is a small and uninhabited island. The only plants on the island are limited to seagrape, which provide habitat for nesting birds and coral growths. However, most of these special habitats have damaged from agricultural activities over time or by storm events like cyclones [gales]. What type of plant life does France protect in its National Parks? Which park(s) have overlapping borders with this protected area?

Bazett Island is a small island located in the British Virgin Islands. It is one of the most beautiful places on earth, its flora and fauna are very unique.

There are lots of different kinds of plants that grow here such as Cabbage Palm trees, Yellow Nuts which produce a yellow nutmeg like fruit, exotic birds such as Red-tailed Tropicbird, Brown Booby and Ruddy Turnstone which can be found all over the island.

The best way to see these rare animals is to visit Bazett Point or walk along its beach where you will find many interesting species like Green Sea Turtle, Common Snapper and Black Scallop.

The marine life here includes Leatherback Turtles that can be seen swimming in their natural habitat close to shoreline but it’s not recommended for anyone under 12 years old to swim with them because they could be injured or even killed by their powerful jaws.

The locals have told me that there was once a turtle farm on this island but it was shut down because turtles would get too close to humans and hurt themselves when being transported from one place to another so now people are allowed only within 200 feet from the beach itself (where they were raised). I am sure you won’t mind seeing some turtles while you’re there!

I hope this answers your question! Thanks for reading!
